The day I got a call to come back into the office, and I got this call by Ken Papania. He informed me that he and the CEO Lee Hedegaard had discuss me signing my resignation. Within minutes I called Lee Hedegaard to discuss with him this matter, and he referred me to Annette Riley in Human Resources. I was told their was a few employees that actually signed their resignation, and wasn't employed for weeks and decided to come back, and was allow to do so.
We call the south the christian belt states in America, and everyone here say they are. I find to know or to see God is and transforming experience, its a transforming experience to know God,and its not only a transforming, but its a redeeming experience. Know man or woman can really say they know him or see Him and remain the same, and this can't be done. To know Him is to embrace and practice justice, and to see Him is to practice mercy and humanity. Knowing Him is to know and believe in truth, and to practice love, and to make love apart of your life. Making you life an instrument of dispensing that loveliness to those whom you come in contact with, and this is knowing and seeing God.
To know God is to see the dignity of human personality and to recognize that all men as being your brother because God is the father of all men,and this is seeing God.
Many of us go to church just to be going, and I don't care how often you go to church, and I don't care what position you hold in the church or how long you have been a member. For what ever reason you can't not embrace and practice love,if you do not embrace and practice mercy,if you're not humble in heart, and do not recognize the dignity of human personality, and practice justice you haven't seen or know God. We should always know that God knows everything. I will continue this post because I want to continue telling what happen at Singing River Electric Power Association.
Stories From My Journal, and most of these stories are recording from my work place. A where I experience racism at first hand throughout my years as an employee at Singing River Power Association a Touch Stone Energy Cooperative in Gautier Mississippi. I sometime post some of these stories on Face book Tweeter, Google Reader and others on the web.

The publishing Company that have given me this great opportunity to get my story told is Author House. At last the true will be told, and thank you Author House for this opportunity.

The Inability To Comply
I have written a few Television stations around the country and sent a few emails out as well to document these complaints. Singing River Electric Power Association a Touchstone Energy Cooperative in Gautier, Mississippi, and they seem to have the inability to comply with the requirements or condition of the laws we have here in this country. I think the affirmative action laws have allowed some companies to get away with these Jim Crow Laws. The laws really doesn't work for us mud colors people, and the Jim Crow laws are still effective today just more sophisticated.
The management there should have taken some management classes once a year. Teaching them how to deal with their employee because they are really in need of some professional help. My boss Ken P. who I made all my racial complaints to once told me I had to realize that the people here are just a bunch of red necks and blue collar workers,if those that would give them justification for the racial slugs they was using.
Know one should ever have to work in these condition, and I had to comply to the company policy, and I did for the years I worked there.
The inability to comply is just an excuse, and affirmative action ensures true desegregation in many companies like the one I worked for. We would think the federal law would prohibit discrimination. As I worked there I would here racial slugs on a daily bases, and now no one can remember, but thank God audio.

Telling The Truth
I will be writing a book to tell what exactly happen while I worked at Singing River Electric Power Association. Their working principles including many things, and I have so many guys willing to tell their stories. Some guys who say they want to remain anonymous, and their are other who say they don't give a damn.
Things I Heard
In Singing River Electric Power Association their management never saw the wrong doings within them selves, and all their racial slug was heard by us who are black, and we would talk about them among ourselves. One of the things I though was a racial things we all over heard was '' You see those black men their every foot step they makes,we have to make two to keep them always behind. The service men would always complain about the blacks who lived in Moss Point Mississippi which this area is mostly a black side of town, and I have heard them say Jasmine Street, Martin Luther King and second street is where all the ghetto black niggers live.
Hurley, Ocean Springs, Big Point, Wade is where the whites have to go to get away from the blacks. I once asked why,and I was told because their wouldn't be any blacks to put cars in their front yards or cars on blocks in the yards there. Maybe when we truly come to realize that we are all created by God,and stop judging each others and see we are all of one race, and that is the human race. Yes we are different in so many ways, and that is all done by our heavenly Father who created each of us.

Race
We sometime wants to believe by going out and getting a job would be an easy. Once we get the job we learn we are in the real world, and we find ourselves being objected to racism, racial discrimination. I was thinking these offensive racial slugs was only founded in the south. Even president Bacack Obama still find his race a factor in his presidency, and finds itself clashing regularly over the N-word or hurling accusations of racism in politics and the workplace.

The Mishap's
Alone the way these mishap's took place in the working involvement of the working men at Singing River Electric Power Association a Touchstone Energy Cooperative in Gautier,Mississippi. While I worked there a few guy got hurt, and we had one fatality as well. OSHA was called in to investigate some of these accidents, and founded that their working condition needed some improvements.

The Hands Of A Stain Company
A southern company, and I'm not actually talking about Southern Company Services, but Singing River Electric Power Association a Touchstone Energy Cooperative in Gautier Mississippi. What makes this a southern company their strong southern ties to each other. Their racism has grew here for generations, and for some reason is pass alone to their children. The white employee there see nothing wrong with call blacks nigger, and I remember hearing the story about the first nigger they hired a guy name Clement Malone ( Mo ) they called him. Behind his back he was called a gorilla looking black ass nigger, and only behind his back they would say these things. Clement once tried to start a union in the company, and most of guy that stood with him were white, and the only thing they wanted was better working condition. The outside worker was just hourly working men and they are the ones that make the company, and having this union meant loosing control.
The very next day Mr. Ma lone came into work, and was told he needed to drive to the Lucedale office to see the CEO. Once he got there he was informed that he was being terminated, and he asked why and he was told his paper work wasn't in on time. This was just and retaliation for trying to start a union in the company, but the CEO used it for an excuse. Their hands have been stained for years now,and I have come to believe that most of the white people here in this country think God made the world just for them. And if it wasn't for God it would be know justice.
They can wash their hands all day and night, but the stains will always be their. I was told as a little boy you still have to pay for your sins. Working for this company I would here how blacks are coons, and the people from the middle east are rag heads, and the mexicans are wet backs. I worked with a Milam who is associated with the murder of Emmett Till who I heard say a few racial slugs. Blacks have been objected to terrorism, terrorist groups here in this country for generations, and the US department of justice have reopen the Emmett Till murder case, and that's funny. Why couldn't his mother get justice fifty years go? Once again if it wasn't for God it would be know justice.

Remembering What Happen
Things that happen while working for Singing River Electric Power Association a Touchstone Energy Cooperative in Gautier,Mississippi. One thing that has been on mind for a long time now is Kenny Hopkins a meter who dating a white girl, and was terminated for doing so. The manger of the meter reading department at the Lucedale office in Ms when out in the field to look for him because he was told Kenny and his girl friend sometime have lunch together, and founded him at her house having lunch. All the outside working men and engineers would take their lunch breaks at home or with their girl friends or their wives, but of course their not black. We who are black in the company say this is how our parents any their parents have worked for years, We see and hear the racial slugs, but we have families to support and kids to put through college. The south still holds on the their southern tradition of hate it's in their culture for some reason.
In this country we are seeking justice for all the extremist terrorist group around the world, and I think we should start here in our own back yards. GOD gave us eyes to see yet we still walk in darkness and hears to ear yet we seem to be deaf when it comes to the rights for all the living. I was in London England some years ago and met a couple, and when I mention I was an american the first things this couple wanted to talk about was Alabama and Mississippi violent racial history toward blacks.
Outside this country we are known for our violence as well we can be compared to some of the terrorist groups around the world today. We don't want to look in the mirror at ourselves because it give a true picture of what we are and what we have been in this country.

Learning As They Go
Singing River Electric Power Association a Touchstone Energy Cooperative is a company that learn as they go. For the years I was there I saw a lot of mistakes and accidents, and some of these accidents occurred on the outside the company as well. On the outside it involved a young child that got into an unlocked underground transformer and got hurt. I would say if ( SREPA ) worried a little less about how the niggers came to this country and why the Indians drown themselves, and focus on how to educate their employee would be a great access to their company.
Every year we had CPR classes, but we never did discuss using defibrillators something that would have saved an employee life. Each year I would bring it up because it was and necessity for the men who worked around power lines to have these in there first aid kits, I was told they are to expense to put on the trucks. Once again I heard this nigger thinks he's so smart, and because I spoke up about having these defibrillators I was called gay, fag, nigger. Once again if (SREPA) worried a little less about what they think I am,and stop using racial slugs and focus on doing the right things for their employee.

Racism In The Work Place Place
I will write a book to tell my story of the racial slugs I encountered while I worked for Singing River Electric Power Association a Touchstone Energy Cooperative. We as Americans are keep looking and talking about all the terrorist groups we have in the world today. My grandmother tells us stories about how her father was murder by a white man in union town Alabama in 1915,and nothing was done about it because their wasn't any justice for blacks in those days. Their has been terrorist groups in this country for over two hundred years, and men that can be compared to Osama Bin Laden, and other terrorist groups we have today. I went through some of the most horrible things while I worked for SREPA. In this company on a daily bases you could here things about niggers, and all these things have been documented in my journal, audio recordings and my claim I filed with the EEOC and the courts. One of the things I remember while working there I heard was that this nigger wanted to work at the Sand Hill Office, and the employee in that office told the CEO if he sent that nigger to that office they would quite and this was 2006,and not 1908. We want the rest of the world to believe we are a country hospitality ,but not when it comes to dealing with blacks.

Seeking Justice
Seeking justice in a southern court, and I ask myself can a black man really get justice in one. In this country when it's outside the country is when we want to seek justice. Our history tell the world we are just as brutal here in this countries as some of the other ones. We want the rest of the world to believe we are all about being righteous here.
On last month a shooter at a beer distributor in Connecticut who say he was objected to all kinds of racial slugs. I to when through some of the most horrible things while I worked at Singing River Electric Power Association a Touchstone Energy Cooperative in Gautier, Mississippi. Unlike the shooter I decided to try our courts to seek justice.
Seeking justice in a Southern court, and being a black man may be a difficult thing trying to get justice. Still here in the southern region we still have racism.
